Breast Correction with Augmentation Patient 1

This 18 year old female (never pregnant) is shown 3 months after having breast augmentation surgery to improve and help correct a developmental problem where there was essentially no breast tissue and large herniating areolae with prominent nipples. She demonstrates some stretch marks which are more noticeable in these early post op pics. 360cc inflatable implants inflated to 390 cc on the right and 420 cc on the left to help with the size asymmetry present.

26 year old mother of 1 child, breast fed for 1 year, 5′ 10″ & 148 pounds. Presented wearing 36 ‘B’, desires ‘D’. Surgery – 533 cc Natrelle gel filled implants, submuscular and inframammary. Post ops photos taken at 3 1/2 month.

25 year old female, no pregnancies. 5′ 4″ 140 pounds. Slightly asymmetric with the right larger than the left on exam. Presented as 36 ‘B’, desires ‘Full C’. Surgery – 330cc smooth round inflatable implant filled to 330cc on the right and 350cc on the left, inframammary and subpectoral. Post op photos taken at at 3 1/2 months.

Surgery – 425cc Natrelle silicone gel filled implants, submuscular placement with inframammary incision. Post op photos taken at 3 months.
