From the Beaches

Take J. Turner Butler Boulevard west to Southside Boulevard (and Exit North on Southside Boulevard).

Proceed to Beach Boulevard, using the exit ramp before the Beach Boulevard overpass. At the base of the ramp, turn Left (West) towards Downtown on Beach Boulevard and proceed towards University Boulevard. Just before University Boulevard (and the Walgreens), turn Left at Hickman Road and proceed behind the Memorial Hospital to The Samuel Wells Office Park.  Turn Left into the Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is to the very back. We are the two-story, pink stucco building on the Right (Suite 1600).

From Downtown Jacksonville

Leave Downtown via the Main Street Bridge and take I-95 South. Take the Beaches Exit Atlantic Boulevard/ Beach Boulevard. After exiting I-95, stay to the Left and take SR 90/ Beach Boulevard at the “Y” in the road. Once headed East on Beach Boulevard, proceed to University Boulevard.

Just after the Walgreens Pharmacy on the far Right corner, take a Right at Hickman Road.  Proceed behind the Memorial Hospital to The Samuel Wells Office Park.   Turn Left into the Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is to the very back. We are the two-story, pink stucco building on the Right (Suite 1600).

From I-95 – Our office is located behind Memorial Hospital on University Boulevard

If you are coming from the North, simply take the University Boulevard Exit East. The loop will     take you under the overpass you just crossed and you will be headed towards the intersection of     Beach Boulevard and University Boulevard, just after Memorial Hospital.

If you are coming from the South, you will have to take the Bowden Road Off-Ramp. This is the     overpass before University Boulevard. At the base of the ramp, turn Right. At the light, turn Left     onto Spring Park Road (North). Turn Right onto University Boulevard and head East towards the     intersection of University Boulevard and Beach Boulevard, just after the Memorial Hospital.

As you pass the Memorial Hospital on the Right, turn Right (East) onto Beach Boulevard. Turn Right into Hickman Road and proceed behind Memorial Hospital to The Samuel Wells Office Park on the Left. Turn Left into The Samuel Wells Office Park and our practice is to the very back. We are the two-story, pink stucco building on the Right (Suite 1600).
